Stories from Conegliano Valdobbiadene Prosecco Superiore DOCG Hills Explorers
Alberto SVerified A wonderful day! Great tour! Roberta organised a wonderful experience, catering it to our desires and preferences and selecting great wineries and stops on the way. I highly recommend it both for Italians and foreigners (Roberta's English is impeccable!) SeattleJoanneVerified Incredible tour Roberta packed our day with information, Prosecco, and delicious food, from the moment she picked us up in Treviso, to our coffee and pastry breakfast, three tastings, and possibly the best lunch we had in Italy. She was knowledgeable and adaptable, and I would recommend this day with Roberta to anyone who wants to learn about Prosecco and the region. EnergeticTraveler9Verified Beautiful Day in the Prosecco Hills The day was fantastic! We started the day off with a cappuccino and pastry. I was mesmerized by the beauty of the region and hillsides. Roberta made the day exceptional. Roberta's knowledge of wine making and the region's culture was beyond expected. She is a fantastic tour guide and I recommend this tour to everyone. You will not be disappointed. Buon viaggio! Marianna RVerified A day dedicated to wine, food and scenery Roberta creates bespoke itineraries based on guest likes, preferences, and interests. If you have a chance to vineyard-hop with Roberta, you'll be delighted with her courteousness, professionalism, and knowledge on all things Prosecco. She has a lot of insights on the history and culture of the area and will drive you to insane view points. While sampling bottles of Prosecco, you will learn about the winemaking process — from picking grapes to fermenting — from estate owners and winemakers. You will have a great day! Clare SVerified Best Day Ever BEST DAY EVER. Roberta tailored the day totally to our needs (including my ambulatory challenged father) and made changes on the fly based on our feedback. The two wineries she chose were fantastic and she even took us to a prosecco vending machine and gelato. Cannot recommend enough, she is fantastic! She also coordinated for us to ship wine back to the states. Thank you Roberta. Julie KVerified Excellent Prosecco Experience We really enjoyed our tour with Roberta. She was very knowledgeable and took us to wineries we would never have found on our own. The drive along the Prosecco Road was unbelievably beautiful with stops at traditional wineries and even the famous Prosecco vending machine. We also learned a bit about the region and the wines. I can’t recommend these tours enough! Bogdan1975Verified An exceptional, very interesting experience I spent a whole day on a private tour with Roberta, a fine prosecco connoisseur. A pleasant trip, in luxurious conditions, Roberta picked us up from the hotel at the exact time set, we visited 3 wineries and several vineyards. It was wonderful, an unmissable experience Morgan LVerified Best tour! An absolute must do if you’re in the area! We loved every second of this experience from the beautiful drive to the delicious Prosecco! Roberta is very knowledgeable and such a fun guide to spend the morning with. We had a lovely lunch in an adorable town before catching the train back to Venice. Kuba PVerified Great tour (also for family)! We had a private tour for the couple with 3 years old child. It was great and I can recommend Roberta as a tour guide for everyone. Roberta is an excellent guide with lots of knowledge about Prosecco and the area. She picked us up at the train station and drove us to two great wineries. Also, we had lunch at a small family restaurant that also makes its own prosecco. Roberta also took us to some quiet viewpoints where we could admire the Prosecco hills. Roberta’s bus is comfortable and there is a baby seat available. Traveling with a child was no problem. A tour with Roberta is an absolute MUST if you are in Venice or the Veneto area and want to explore the Prosecco hills. RandallVerified Well Worth The Money! Roberta was an excellent guide around the Prosecco region. She picked us up in her Mercedes van right at the Sprezano train stop and away we went throughout the beautiful countryside. All along the way, Roberta gave us her immense wine knowledge and educated us on the difference in where the grapes come form and how this specific wine is made. She is a graduate of a wine school in the region and is much more than just a driver. The spots and wine she introduced us to were both picturesque and delicious! She even kindly assisted us with getting some wine shipped home. She went above and beyond, and we would definitely recommend her services!
